“Although this product is relatively expensive, having to live with depression most of my life, I wanted to try more natural based treatments. It hard to say if the product is definitely helping, but I would say it is contributing to my overall mental well being, along with other interventions such as diet and exercise. The latest research suggests curcumin and saffron can have a positive effect on mood, so was willing to try. I recommend you get advice from an integrative GP or health specialist first, but this may be an option for some people if it is affordable for you.”
