7" Teton Edge Santoku Ironwood Reviews

4.8 Rating 18 Reviews
It’s very sharp and feels light in the hand. So far I’m very happy with its performance. What I’m not happy about is that it rusts very quickly and consistently. You have to clean it almost instantly after using and dry it completely.

She's a beautiy. Sharp blade, easy hand -- fantastic kitchen knife! The grip is great, the knife cuts through everything like butter. This is going to be my go-to knife for all prep chopping and cutting, and I am a mom of three six+ footers and cook a lot!

Ok this is the best knife I've ever used. I can cut some serious meat with this thing and it is also a great chef's knife. Light and sharp with style. Now I want more.

Got as a gift for my husband who's become an amateur chef. He loves the size, balance and sharpness. The quality is unmatched. Got the wooden handle . Very pleased

Beautiful to hold and use. Cuts like "a hot knife through butter" as the saying goes. We have several other New West knives. This one is the best yet.

This knife is both functional and beautiful. The Santoku design makes chopping and cutting effortless, naturally rolling with wrist motion. The Teton design on the blade is beautiful and makes me think of summers and winters spent in Jackson, adding reminiscence and joy to kitchen work. Truly a wonderful piece!
