“I purchased Daysy recently and had been using it for about a month. As it was the first time off birth control, I was quite wary to rely on a device like this. Because I was so worried about the readings I was getting, I decided to email customer services and ask for their advice. Petra explained everything to me, including attaching some extra reports of my cycle that were very interesting. She also added some additional info of helpful tips for accurate readings which was more in depth to what I'd read previously. I emailed when I woke up in the morning and I had a full, detailed reply before lunchtime. All in all, it set my mind at ease and I'm really pleased I have that kind of back up when I need it because it's obviously so important to feel you're safe to use the device as it instructs (red, yellow or green days).
