“Through the course of having Daysy during the last 5 years, whenever I had any questions or required support, I always received speedy, polite and friendly response from customer services with solutions. A month ago I noticed that something wasn't right with my Daysy and emailed customer services. I was advised to send my Daysy back to them to be reviewed. After a couple of days of me sending it back, I received a response from the customer services explaining that my old Daysy will be replaced with a new one, which I was very happy about.
