About Nicole Jardim:

Nicole is a Certified Women’s Health Coach and the creator of Fix Your Period, a series of programs that empower women to reclaim their hormone health using a method that combines simplicity and sass. “This course has changed my life. There's nothing more empowering than really knowing what's going on with your body and your cycle, let alone being able to then help other women understand their own! I really appreciated being taught by a wide variety of specialists, from doctors and health coaches to nutritionists and more. The case study calls were particularly useful as they helped to put the learning into the context of current issues. “This program was truly incredible and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to learn more about supporting female hormones, fertility, and menstrual cycles. The modules are thorough and full of extremely useful information, without feeling too overwhelming. Nicole also includes a huge amount of useful handouts and additional resources. I joined the program after completing my studies as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and still learned so much. “If it’s the cost that’s holding you back, this review is for you! I was so nervous about investing this much money into a course - none of my other CEU’s or certifications had been close to this price point.
