About Nicole Jardim:

Nicole is a Certified Women’s Health Coach and the creator of Fix Your Period, a series of programs that empower women to reclaim their hormone health using a method that combines simplicity and sass. Her incredible work has impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of women around the world in effectively addressing a wide variety of period problems, including PMS, irregular periods, PCOS, painful periods, amenorrhea, and many more. Nicole is also the co-host of The Period Party, a top-rated podcast on iTunes, and she’s the creator of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s hormone health continuing education course.

“Nicole's Apprenticeship Program was AWESOME! It was a great blend of menstrual/hormonal health, business and coaching instruction...a powerful trifecta for me to clarify my professional voice and move forward in my business. It was the health coaching program I was looking for because it was period centric. The delivery of information was well paced and I felt supported along the way. It was a well designed program and well supported from many sides by instruction, guest speakers, case studies, and answers to questions. “I did the fix your period apprenticeship because I felt so drawn to it and it felt so right to do it now. I wasn't dissapointed! I loved Nicoles way of explaining all things hormonal and as a non native english speaker I loved the combination of the Audio files and transcripts of the theory modules. I loved the business building and group coaching live calls (to be in a group of like minded women and to have Nicole and Molly teach was so so great; they compliment each other so much). And all the amazing experts. So so good. And I loved how Nicole and Molly cheered us on every step of the way. Would totally recommend the program. I am already missing the calls!”

“This program was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. I have done so many certification and programs over the years and this was hands down the best one I have ever done. It was very detailed, so organized, so engaging, provided excellent information in a variety of formats, had AMAZING guest teachers, and it covered not just the educational side but the spiritual and business sides as well. Nicole you and your team did an incredible job and I would take this program all over again if I could! The only thing I would add is for you to give out some form of a completion certificate for the program. It would be nice to have a physical certificate to display in my office or on my website. Other than that, this was program was perfect. Thank you so much for everything you do!”

“The Fix Your Period Apprenticeship has been a game changer for me as a women's Holistic Health Practitioner. I learned so much in depth information about women's bodies which have helped me gain a through understanding of how women's menstrual cycles function, what causes imbalances and how best to guide my clients in bringing balance back to their bodies. The support received during the business calls contributed to my belief in my own abilities. Additionally, the case studies really helped me see how all of this valuable information can be applied to real women. This served as a great guide form me. Lastly, there are so many resources given to us to implement for ourselves which I find is very essential as a woman. I feel like I have a better understanding of my own body so that I can continue to help guide women into developing a personal and intimate loving relationship with their own bodies.
