“It's been over a year and the mill still isn't completely built. I had problems with wrong & defective parts and didn't get any assistance for weeks until I complained on your FB page. I wanted to return it but was told I couldn't and that some guy (your expert sawyer I think) was going to do whatever was needed to get my mill built. After I agreed to try this route, I was never contacted again even though I tried many times. I will take some blame at this point as I have done nothing for months to try to resolve this issue. Fortunately some birds have built a nest in the mill and they are enjoying it. Just responding since you asked.”

It was harder to put together then I expected but thankful I am mechanically inclined and staff at Norwood were amazing.
Clamping dogs broke quickly as weld was weak and Norwood quickly replaced the parts with no hassle.

“Using the hydraulic loaders often the logs get stuck at the 45 degree angles on the edge of the deck. I've brought this up before. I would expect a fine company to acknowledge the problem and at least offer a fix for the problem. But it seems Norwood doesn't give a hoot? For this I will not recommend your company.”
