It’s a beast. Cut through a huge walnut with no problems. It continues to run smoothly and we expect this to continue into the future.

I have really enjoyed my HD36v2. I would recommend starting with pine or another inexpensive wood to practice and learn on. The machine does everything it says it will. As a new sawyer, I had a learning curve on adjustments, leveling (buy a 6-foot level), and proper set up. But once the machine is "dialed in" it works flawlessly. I wish i had a solution for used blades.

This mill needs to be refined. Have had troubles with poor welding, soft steel parts bending and denting, and keeping saw guides aligned. The mill produces satisfactory lumber when everything is in order. Working with customer service to get issues fixed.

I have no previous experience with a sawmill so I have nothing to compare it to but this mill is fun to use and cuts well. I have owned it for just over a year now and have managed to cut many logs with it into usable lumber. I even made my own oak baseboards for one of the rentals I manage with the dimensional lumber I cut last year. I have had zero issues with my mill (that I didn't create on my own)! We all have to make a rookie mistake right? Customer service was responsive to my need for new parts once I cut into my log rest. I love working the mill and look forward to finding a way to market some of my services to others.

Works good. Had a clutch failure early and you sent me a new one and has worked good. I was cutting a 31" oak log a few weeks ago and it did slow down and stop a few times. I was not pushing very fast but that is a lot of hard wood to cut. Over all am very happy with it.

Any log my tractor could lift my mill easily cut to my needs. Trailer package is great tractor allowed me to move mill where it was needed on the mountain.

Filling it with a gerry can is a pain due to the height of it off the ground, not much can be done with that other than buying a battery powered fuel pump, no biggie. What is inconvenient though is no gas gauge. It would be nice to know how much fuel is in the tank before starting work with the mill. I find it is a long reach to turn the key on and off depending on the height of the deck. Other than that starts every time and runs fine.
