“I had been taking these regularly and thought I noticed a difference in my joints. Less creaky and stiff. I say ‘thought’ as I did question whether it was a placebo, or my sanity. Given that I’m a lady of a certain age and going through a particular phase of my life ( let’s call it my crone era) I stopped because I had misplaced the packets. I had also misplaced my car keys but found them in the fridge, alas not with the omega 3! I went without for a number of weeks till my next order. I noticed the wrists, and knees started playing the old creaky bone tune again so I am absolutely convinced the omega 3’s make a massive difference. So much so I have recommended them to a number of my fellow ‘cronies’. I take 2 a day alongside the Irish Moss, in the morning whilst the kettle is boiling and it is now an important part of my daily wellbeing routine.”

“I love these flavourless, easy to take soft capsules that look like sunshine is locked in them. They give me stronger nails, better brain function and less achy joints. Also fabulous customer service, subscription is easy to amend when needed, I receive helpful email reminders when the next lot is soon due. Highly recommend!”
