“Good product but please, please stop flooding my inbox with sales emails, I'm almost at the point of unsubscribing from the product just to get rid of all the unwanted emails. There's probably a way I can ask for them to be reduced or unsubscribe from the sales emails but honestly, this deluge of emails shouldn't be for the customer to deal with, you need to reset your marketing to existing customers to a level that it doesn't put the onus onto them to deal with taking the time to navigate this, couldn't you just, for monthly subscribers do your marketing in the same email you send reminding them that their monthly order is about to be dispatched?”
