“It is easy to put together. I was surprised how big the walker is. There was one problem that I had while putting it together. The left armrest has a screw that holds the handle in place. While screwing it in, the screw stripped and the handle was unable to tighten and secure the handle in place. So I have the right handle secure but not the left handle. I emailed their customer service which promptly got back to me. However, they didn't resolve the issue. I need my walker to work properly!!! They have not responded as of yet how they will resolve this problem.”
