“I originally ordered the red scooter but it was out of stock and was offered the blue one. Kelly was my customer service contact person, she was great with informing me of when my scooter was coming and keeping my updated. It took a little over a week for my scooter to arrive and it was very easy to put together. The disc brake was rubbing and I contacted Kelly and she sent me a video on how to resolve the issue. This scooter does very well outside. I can even ride it on my deck and feel comfortable. I will say its a rather tall scooter with the 4" seat and it might be a little to big for anyone shorter than 5' 4".”
“The Explorer (300 pounds) has served me well over the past 2 weeks and I offer 4 stars with a higher rating possible after using the knee scooter more in the coming days. OS shipped the scooter to me quickly which was greatly appreciated as it was needed. The unit was easy to assemble as the only tools I needed were pliers and an air pump. Steering and braking systems have worked effectively but I will tell you the turning radius is not great. I like that the 12 inch pneumatic tires roll very well within my home and also on all outside terrain that I have encountered. All in all I am pleased with the purchase, delivery, assembly, and use of this product.”
