“It took a few tries to get used to this eye mask purely because of the weight of it, it's not so heavy you can't moce your head of the pillow but just enough to know your wearing it unlike thinner eye masks.This eye mask fully blacks out any sunlight, no light is going to break through this eye mask that's guaranteed.The eye mask is so soft and cozy i struggle not to fall asleep when wearing this as it's quite comforting in a sensory way.I don't wear this all the time as for me this is the migraine fighter, if you have migraines you will understand exactly what i'm saying with the zero light and the comfort factor, also very cooling which really helps fight a migraine.Excellent value for money, it is multi functional a in you can have it heated or cool but i prefer the cool option, wonderful bamboo materials used and great for migraine relief”

“My family and I all suffer from migraines and as anyone who is unfortunate enough to experience one will know - there's no one fix solution, each person responds to different things and every 'attack' is also different. For myself sometimes a tablet will help, or a hot shower and sometimes sleep is my only respite.I've experimented with hot and cold compresses as another way to alleviate the pain and this product is an excellent way to achieve that, whilst still maintaining darkness to avoid light sensitivity. I know for some that pressure on the eyes can help, but it doesn't for me - but I've actually docked a star because I feel like the strap doesn't go large enough. I consider myself to have an average sized head but I'm on the largest adjustment, and even then I'd ideally like it a little looser, so for those with large heads I'd probably not use this product.”

“Mask was OK however the weights are so heavy it left me with pains in my neck and sometimes left me with a headache. I wear it without the weights now but its not a blackout mask without the weights so mask is only really convenient when it's dark at night. It was a little disappointing for the price but overall product is good quality so that probably made up for the cost.”

“I have been using this sleep aid for my insomnia. Quite impressed with its blackout capabilities, shutting out unwanted light and helping me fall asleep faster. The weighted bamboo material provided a comforting presence. Tried both the heating and cooling treatments, found both soothing. Slightly difficult to adjust the length, took some time to get it perfect. But on a brighter note, it washes easily. An interesting addition to my nighttime regimen.”

“This is a gorgeously made and presented eye mask with good directions for use. Can be hot or cold for relief and relaxation or can be used for sleep id you are so inclined. I find it a bit too weighty for sleep but this is fantastic for a migraine or tired eyes after a long day.”

“My daughter likes sleeping with an eye mask so this is what she has been using this for, it is a lot heavier than her usual one, but this can be placed into a microwave to heat up or a freezer to make it cold so far she has not tried to do this.The clip keeps it on and the side can be adjusted to make it fit your head perfectly, my daughter said it blocks out the light completely which she loves.Overall we are very happy with this, but at £29.99 it feels slightly expensive.”
