“I‘ve been using Ocushield screen protectors on my iPhones for a few years now, from iPhone 8, to 12 Pro, 13 Pro and then 14 Pro. In the more recent purchases I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the screen protectors. More recently in the 13 Pro I noticed that it was no longer sticking down in the top right corner of the screen. It took a lot of back and forth with their customer service and remembering I’d registered the product and extended the warranty before I could get a replacement - so remember to register! I’ve had the same fault appear in the exact same place on my 14 Pro within days of installing it and even though I’ve registered my product I’m still told to press down on with a strong card covered in a cloth. So be wary that the quality of these screen protectors can’t be guaranteed, and the customer service will do everything it can to save the company money, not assist you. I’ll be quoting the warranty to request a replacement, but this is the last time I will buy an Ocushield protector sadly.I also find the installation kit adds more likelihood of the process going wrong, which is not good when you’ve paid so much for it. I find the plastic frames that sit around your phone in alternative kits on Amazon to be much more easier and successful. At least give us the option of a protector with or without the kit.Update: I received a replacement screen protector, and this time I removed the blue sticker from the back of the kit first. The screen protector drops out of the installation frame and I used a frame from another screen protector manufacturer to install the replacement manually myself. Much better, but the alignment with Dynamic Island needs work.”
