“I ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service and advised my issue and provided them with the dimensions of my monitor. Stuti, customer service rep, ordered me the correct one and shipped it out right away. So thankful I could return the incorrect one, at my expense, but that’s okay. I appreciate the quick response and assistance. Can’t wait to use my new screen!”
