“I love Olukai sandals but the leather ones have zero support and they really make my feet hurt. I sent an email explaining this to customer service and I received no reply, no response.....nothing. These leather ones look great and are great for out to dinner but the comfort really sucks. I purchased the black ones and brown java ones”
“I absolutely love the look of this shoe however, this does not fit my feet well and there is a significant gap at the top of the shoe, to the top of my toes. The heel fits perfectly, just the toes are noticeably short of the top area. I normally wear a 10.5 but the order form recommended sizing up to 11. I wish there was a wide option as my foot seems just a tad snug. I'm hoping they stretch a little over time.”
