These are the nicest flip flops I've ever bought. The sizes are off, so try some on before you buy.

Being a California flip flop person I never mind spending the extra money on a quality sandal. Loved the look, loved the real sole, loved the leather footbed. A very secure feeling sandal. That's why I was disappointed that into my 2nd summer the leather footbed started to crack, break apart and the stitching started to separate. Have they got wet, yes they are a flip flop, out of the pool, out of the ocean, never swam in..Have they been in the sand and sun, yes they are sandals. The tread in the bottom has a few years left, too bad the food bed could last the same. Have had many other brands last until you wear through the bottom.

I live in my zori. I switched over from a hiker brand that lost my support because their build quality dropped off significantly, as did the arch support. I've worn these Nui just about every day for a year now, and they've withstood everything. The leather covered insoles have worn exactly the way a wallet does -- they've gotten softer and more supple, and glossier. The natural material is imperative for my feet, which really don't react well with being against rubber all day. The nylon toe post is great for comfort, and the leather uppers are not showing any signs of wear, especially where they connect to the sole. Also the outsoles are holding up impressively. My old sandals from the other brand would usually lose all tread in about a year and half, and these haven't even gone down more than a mm. The arch support is also holding steady. Also no signs of wear on the uppers. Finally, they do run small, and I thank OluKai for that, because I wear the smallest size (7), and if they didn't run small I wouldn't be able to fit in them. So don't change a thing OluKai! If I was a millionaire, I'd buy myself a lifetime supply.

I bought these sandals July 2018. Great feel and great look. However, as of August 2019 they have completely deteriorated. The sole is worn low, straps have pulled away, and the leather bottom is unglued from the sole. The unglued leather has make it very uncomfortable. I live in New England, for $85 these should last longer than 1 1/2 seasons. I will think twice before buying again. Very disappointing.

These run small. I bought a pair for my boyfriend who typically wears a 9.5-10 but he ended up needing a size 11 in these. He got them in rum-rum which is a beautiful medium brown color. These sandals were much more comfortable and fit the shape of his foot a lot better than the Rainbows he tried on.

I've had my Nui for a year now, and put them through every test imaginable. They do need break in time, but after a year of beating a path up and down the beach and boulevard, all I can say is that these are amazing sandals. Usually after a few months you're ready to toss a pair of sandals in the trash, but not these. Every time I put the on, I'm thinking "Oh my god, that feels good!
