“I love OluKai, and their customer service is the best! When I saw their slippers were on sale at Christmas, I bought a pair for the whole family. I did have to return a pair for a larger size (Their slippers don't come in half sizes). Another set had a defect in the color. The Right slipper was much darker than the Left. OluKai sent us a new pair without the hassle of returning the defective set. All they required was a few pictures of the defective set. OluKai definatly put customer satisfaction first!”
