“I bought two pairs of these flip flops. One pair is great and I wear them every day. This pair has a sharp thread in the inside of the strap that causes abrasion to my skin and renders them unwearable. I've tried to trim it but to no avail. Disappointed because Ohana Pa'i are otherwise are the best flip flops ever.”
“Love the comfort of these and the look. Am a repeat customer. However, the last two pairs have both had a manufacturing defect whereby the top foot pad seems to separate slightly from the material on the top edge of the sandals. This happened very quickly on both pairs. None of my previous pairs had this. It will remain to be seen how much this separation grows and if it will in fact be more than cosmetic (which it currently is now). Right now, it's just catching a lot of dirt...hopefully it doesn't get worse. And hopefully they will get this resolved quickly.”
“I originally purchased a pair of ohana sandals in pearl city, hi last year. I've worn them almost everyday since. The only downside is that after awhile, the arch support ( which I love) goes down. Nevertheless, the original pair is still comfortable, so much so that I bought two more pairs so that I can change them out depending on what I'm wearing. Hope to keep all three pairs for years to come.”
“I like the flip flop style but am disappointed with how bulky these feel. I get there is nice arch support, not common in flip flops, but the sole and arch make for a thick rise. I’d rather have something that’s got a lower profile and not feel so heavy on my feet.”
