“This isnt so much a review of the actual product but rather the customer service. I purchased the Mekila sandal and it came somewhat stretched out. I emailed customer service and immediately they responded and, just as quickly, sent me out a new pair. Manufacturing defects will happen but the manner in which the company responded is why I have many pairs of their product.”
