“As I told you before, this pair of sandals was defective. The right toe loop was significantly smaller and tighter than the left. When I returned these to you, there was no prompt to report a defective issue. These were sadly returned and although I did love them, they were unusable to me. I am telling you this because you seem to be a very good company and I dont think you would want a defective pair of shoes to go out to another person, and I think you would want to know of any issues as your product does appear to be well made with quality materials and workmanship.
