“I loved these sandals (& this brand) however I unfortunately got them very wet & the leather stretched out so much I can hardly wear them. Great shoe, just not for rain or wet situations. I will know better next time & not take a chance with water.”
“These sandals are really comfortable and they look great. My issue with them is the back strap. It will not stop stretching. My husband has added three holes to the straps so I can tighten them up so they don’t fall off when I wear them. And they keep stretching. I believe this is a material issue that OluKai needs to fix. I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ve read numerous reviews on other sites that call out the same problem. But OluKai won’t do anything because they only address manufacturers defects.”
“I love these sandals, but as soon as I bought them, I noticed that the strap around the back of my heel is loose. My husband tried putting in an additional hole so I could tighten them, but they stretched out then too. The sandals are comfortable as heck, but that back strap falls down constantly and is irritating to me. I really wish I could fix this problem because I love the sandals otherwise, and they were so expensive for how little I was able to wear them.”

“Was looking for a pair of cute but comfortable sandals for my trip to Portugal and came across these. Absolutely love them! During my trip, I walked for hours all over several cities, up and down hills and my feet felt comfortable the whole time. I did not have to break them in, they are super soft to begin with. I had zero blisters by the end of the trip, which is a first. I use these sandals casually and during the summer, I wear them for my exercise walks around the lake (3 ish miles). I've worn them for a moderate difficulty 1.5 mile hike in NC, have sported them to the beach /submerged them in water several times and they've held up really well! Will repurchase for sure when the current ones get too worn!”
