“I have three other pairs of Olukai shoes, all of which I love, Flip flops, Pehuea Li, and boots. So I was very excited to add these to my collection. They have a lot of good features: foot bed is cushoiny and light weight, glove-like fit without ties, and drop down heel. However, there are a few misses for me in this model: the section that goes over the arch is VERY tight. I don't have particularly archy feet, so someone with high arches would never get into this shoe. While the ball joint of my foot hits in the perfect spot (width is true to size here), the toe space is too long. Have about 1/4 inch of shoe hanging out past my toes. I wear a 7 1/2 normally. In this shoe it is too long. However, with the tightness of the arch and the correct fit of the ball joint I don't think I could wear a smaller size. I am hoping that the tightness over the arch will loosen up with some breaking in-meanwhile, I'm wearing them with thick socks to speed up the process!”
“Runs true to size if you plan on wearing these without socks and easily conforms to your foot shape. Great traction for beach runs, tide pooling, and bicycling. I love these so much I’ve ordered a second pair!”
