“The great fit debate! Based on the reviews that these are big/wide I ordered a size down. Normally wear a 7.5-8 narrow, and planned on wearing them barefoot, so figured a 7 would be better (Have a pair of Sherry’s in size 7, so figured maybe this would be similar). The Pehuea’s were definitely fitted, but clearly the fluffy lining will compress a bit and they will become a little looser over time. I can even wear a thin sock, but if the plan was to wear heavier socks, or wanting a looser fit, Would have to order a size up. One thing that almost made me return them was that when I first squeezed my foot in barefoot and walked the heal kept slipping off even though the rest of the shoe was tight. With the thin sock this doesn’t happen. I think once the shoes are less stiff from wear that won’t be an issue anymore. After wearing a few days they are definitely shaping to my foot. Although they were a little tight to start, they were still comfortable to walk and stand it right out of the box, and so warm without trapping sweat - it’s been in the teens this week. These were a lot more attractive than boots for days when it’s cold but not snowy or slushy. Quality materials. Fast shipping.”
“I love these shoes. I’m an 8, ordered an 8 and they fit great. My feet are on the narrow side but no problem with the width. Walking on them was a bit different the first day because of the convertible heel it felt like they might slip off. No issues with that now. They’re super comfy. They’re warm but don’t make your feet sweat. Highly recommend.”

“These shoes were almost perfect, but just a half to full size too big. They were super soft and comfortable and exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately slipped off my feet too much. I'm a solid size 5 in every other shoe/brand, including other Olukai styles, but in this particular style, size 5 is way too large. Sadly had to send them back.”
