“I’m so thrilled with these shirts and also the amazing customer service. I am notoriously between sizes and it’s always a guessing game which way to go. At 5’8 and 173 I selected two different colors in XL and crossed my fingers. The bamboo shirts are beautiful in color and oh so soft. However, they were ultimately too loose for my liking. I decided to wash and dry one of the shirts on a hot setting to determine if it would
shrink down, but it didn’t. This is actually a really good thing. I then emailed Onno to initiate an exchange for the untampered T-shirt and was beyond happy with the customer service response. I had a size Large at my doorstep in less than a week. Thank you Onno.”
