I had to get another size and customer service was helpful and friendly (as well as you can be by email) and I got another size less than a week later. Very efficient. “I love the feel of the Bamboo shirt, the length is perfect, it isn't too tight either, I like a loose/flowy t-shirt (I purchased a Large, I am 5'2", 140lbs) The brick color is a really nice muted red, very neutral.”
