“I love my ONNO bamboo T-Shirts! I started by getting one in a lovely rust color, in a Medium, which was perfect! I'm 5'9", around 150 lbs. I just recently bought a black shirt as well, and will probably get more! These shirts are extremely comfortable, soft, and buttery. I recommend them highly!”

“Extremely comfortable! Worn to work (manufacturing) a couple of times so far, and the shirt did not ride up or twist - definitely made to move. Lightweight material is wonderful in +85% humidity. Held up well in wash (I always hang to dry). I just ordered more in different colors - trying Beechwood and the long sleeve this round.”

“This t-shirt is the best! I bought 8 colors. Soft, great fit and washed & dried well. Only drawback is it's a bit too long. 1 inch shorter, would make it a 10 out of 10.”

“I like this bamboo T-shirts for hiking, travel or just to run errands. Very comfortable, breathable, and flattering. I normally buy a M or L and went with L for this shirt. It has somewhat fitted look without being too fitted. I like that t-shirt gives me bunch of room to move without looking frumpy. I purchased several colors, they all more muted, earthy looking. I really like these t-shirts.”

“Ordered a large way too big… called to see if I could exchange for a medium but they sent me a credit to my account instead. Also customer service person wasn’t very nice! So don’t think I’ll be ordering again. Sad bc I wanted to support a small business.”

Hi Xan, I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the customer support you received. That definitely shouldn't be the case! I read through your email exchanges with our team and it looks like you were asked if you would like to do an exchange but your response was to ask for a QR code for returning your shirt. My guess is they assumed that meant you didn't want to exchange the shirt and just wanted to do a straight return. It looks like a refund was already processed but if you are still interested in trying a size down, you are definitely welcome to place a new order.
