“Extremely comfortable! Worn to work (manufacturing) a couple of times so far, and the shirt did not ride up or twist - definitely made to move. Lightweight material is wonderful in +85% humidity. Held up well in wash (I always hang to dry). I just ordered more in different colors - trying Beechwood and the long sleeve this round.”

I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the customer support you received. That definitely shouldn't be the case!
I read through your email exchanges with our team and it looks like you were asked if you would like to do an exchange but your response was to ask for a QR code for returning your shirt. My guess is they assumed that meant you didn't want to exchange the shirt and just wanted to do a straight return.
