“This CARE80 phone I bought for a very friend - who is vision impaired - for her 95th birthday.....! All I can say is that she was very thrilled with this gift.......It makes her life a lot easier now! The sound is not only so much better than on her very 'ancient' phone, but the riniging tone is better, louder, and also has the Telstra 101 messaging facility...... It is easy to use, only being v ision impaired she can not see photos easily as some of the family are blond, so a large font name was easier for her. I myself will eventually get the same phone but I will have the photos. So, there is a choice. All I can say is 'congratulation Oricom' for making life easier for people like my friend with this great product and also for such a reasonable price...! Thank you, and kind regards Elizabeth Mangels”

“With mum in an aged care facility, this phone has made it so easy for her to use to keep in contact. Big quick dial buttons can have a picture of the person or just the name of the person your dialling. Very happy with the phone”

“Super fast delivery. Brilliant service, prices and products.The phone was as described, works perfectly and simple to use. Perfect for my 93 yr old mum who has not been able to learn the dial and send process of cordless phones. Thank you for still making these corded, oldskool phones that are user friendly for older people. The picture auto dials are huge and user friendly and the light up bar perfect for when mum isn't wearing her hearing aides. Thank you, you've helped both my mum and myself. I now have peace of mind.”

“I needed a phone with an answering machine which this doesn’t have.I then thought I would use it as a bedroom phone but it woon’t work as it is not compatible with the NBN as a second phone.”

“We had to send it back due to it being faulty. And we lost Money due to it. Very unhappy with the company and how they dealt with it.”

“The Oricom CARE80 phone is easy to use and set up. I purchased this phone for my elderly parents who are now able to use the phone with ease. They can press the photo of the person they want to call as I have input all the numbers against the relevant person. The ring tone is set at the right level for them to hear it easily.”

“Bought this phone for my Dad who is 97 and was constantly confused by mobile phones and fixed line phones we had bought him - too many buttons to remember to press. This phone was a good price, delivered within days, easy to set up and, best of all, so easy for him to use.”

“The phone is great with all its features but the ringer is not amplified and have difficulty hearing it ring from the next room.”
