“This model was selected as it appeared to meet all my requirements for a telephone handset. I do not actually use the picture dialling feature. In practice, it does all that I require of it and I can be classified as a very satisfied customer”

“Very disappointed with the return service. I needed to return the phone but the process was difficult, couldn't speak with a live person, i sent in a form and nobody got back to me. I sold the phone on for half of what I bought it for - would not recommend this product.”
