“I really wish you would make a full jacket with heated back of the arms with the same feel as this vest. My understanding is that your full jacket is stiffer. Also, I don't see a jacket with heated arms. I do love this vest, but I wear it under something that can insulate my arms (clearly I have an arm fixation here, I know ) :-)”
“The fit is a little large. I ordered the small that it was too snug, I exchanged it for the medium which is boxy and fits more like a man’s jacket. It serves it’s purpose it’s just not very stylish on me.”
“I have sent an email to customer service. My vest had shut off multiple times while wearing it and had to be restarted 5 times in 2 hours. When it is working I am VERY happy with it. Unfortunately it is not worth the money if I cannot get one that works properly. I have a race in 2 weeks and work in the evenings at a volunteer ranch with Foster kids and needed this for Monday night 3 days from now. A friend of mine purchased this off the open box promotion and loves his so I was very excited to get it. Hopefully someone will respond to my email to customer service and be able to get me a vest that works without my having to pay shipping for returns or anything. If that gets resolved I would LOVE to have a new "what are your thoughts" email because I feel like if this is taken care of I will be very happy and love this vest.”
