“Overall happy with purchase. It's pricey, and I wish there were a couple more spots with coils but it does its job well! I'm sure more coils would also make it heavier, and this vest is the perfect weight and thickness to be a great warm article of clothing, even not turned on! The first time I charged and used it while winter camping - the battery didn't last as long as promised, but I'm still satisfied with the product!
The shipping has some issues, but the customer service was great. It ended up coming on time anyway. Kudos to Daphne!

“The new smaller battery pack for the Ororo jackets and vests packs a lot of energy in a small package compared to the larger, more bulky battery. Both perform at parity, but this new battery is less noticeable on my hip. I also like that Ororo moved the charging lights on the battery to the face of the battery which makes it easier to see if the battery is charging and ready to go.”

“The battery was heavier than I expected but I like the small size compared to the stock model that came with the vest. Also the heating time is not as long as I’d thought. I am getting about 6 hours and then battery is drained.”
