“I had contacted Ororo about what I thought was a short charge life for the battery. They were fantastic to deal with. They went through many different steps to make sure the battery was working properly. Once we determined the battery may have an issue, they immediately sent out a replacement. The jacket I bought for my girlfriend was better then I imagined. She loves it so much, she wears it even when the battery is being charged. Well made and very soft, I can’t find anything negative to say about the product or the company so far. If you’re looking for quality heated outer wear Ororo is a fantastic company and product.”
