“Great product except the battery could be made sturdier. Specifically , the area the jacket plugs into is held with solder and two tiny plastic “bumps” . With very little time, there was a rattling sound and sure enough it was the plug-in area that broke off. I had to order another battery. This needs to be looked and at least reinforced.”
“It’s nice to have a second battery if you’re out more than a few hours in very cold weather.
Also nice to be able to charge one while Using the one that came with the jacket”
