“The original battery that came with my vest stopped working after only a year and a half. (Turns out it needs to be charged every 3-6 months or the battery dies.)I contacted customer support and they were back in touch within 24 hours to follow up and request needed info in order for them to replace my faulty battery. The new battery arrived within 2 weeks and works like a charm. So very happy to have my vest back to heated status in time for chilly weather!”
“Love my vest. Just over 2 yes of use. Bought the extra battery so I don't have to worry about charging after a long morning sit. Can now just rotate in the full battery for evening. Great for late season hunts. Allows less bulk especially around arms to give bowstring clearance.”
