“I bought my women's vest 5 years ago. Next I bought the zip ladies hoodie. Love both and both batteries work great, still. Next I bought the ladies lined hooded water resistant jacket and it came with a totally different battery. The battery will not work this year! I just bought 2 of the only full size batteries I could find on your website and they don't come with a charger. I have always loved my Ororo clothing. I have been the source for many, many people to order from you.”
“Kiera at Ororo was so helpful in making sure I had a working battery for my vest purchased just before the pandemic hit. Since I didn’t get to use it because sports were cancelled, and I had no need, it sat in my closet unused and uncharged. Of course my not charging it regularly killed the battery. Ororo took good care of me and I now have a working vest again!
The two times I did use my vest before the shutdown, it kept me very warm in the stadium stands and made for a much more enjoyable time watching my daughter play lacrosse!
