“I have not received it! It was to be part of my wife's birthday gifts and it still has not been delivered. More than a week late! I've never been so disapointed with customer service. They had me do the follow-up with the USPS instead of taking care of the customer and handling it internally. It's just not how I do business! Unreal!”
