“I ordered the women's heated vest for my mom, it fits on the smaller side so I had to exchange it for one size bigger. Customer service was excellent, I was surprised there was a rep- Winnie who was assigned to my returned order. She was there from the start- return email/ label and then delivery of the new product. I am very impressed with how it was seamlessly handled. As for the vest itself, I know it's something my mom will enjoy during the chilly winters in the Northeast.”
