“This is a gift with a men's Dual Control Jacket with 5 zones for Christmas. I didn't notice that this plug was necessary for the upgraded battery to fast charge so I had to order separately. I would have ordered with the jacket if that was clear to me. Won't know how quickly it charges until Christmas. A rating was required to submit review so gave three stars.”
Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. For optimal performance, the upgraded battery is designed to be used with a compatible charging plug to ensure the best charging experience.
To support more environmentally friendly practices, a wall plug is not included. You’re welcome to use any compatible plug you already have. Thank you for your understanding and support.
“I was surprised this battery charger port was not included with the original purchase .
