“I purchased this heated vest for my MOM Amelia Matuszko as a GIFT Order #987054. She's NOT been able to use it as the battery will not hold a charge. I've tested it with her and only 2/4 lights work. My mother has been in contact with your customer service and PATTY sent her a lengthy and cumbersome email to include using another charging cable and to sending video clip. This is a GIFT! My Mother is 91 years old, this is a lot to ask and I'd like to get a RETURN LABEL for the BATTERY emailed to me asapand you send a replacement so she can start using her vest asap. My heated vest was given to me as a gift in December, have had no problems and I love it. Thank you!”

“I had never been more disappointed in a Christmas gift than when my wife opened the Ororo women's heated fleece vest I bought her. I bought it thru their website and not thru a 3rd party site. However, when she removed the vest from its packaging, it was covered in dog hair and had a large stain on the back. It was a complete let down after hearing such great things about this company. I reached out to the store for a return explaining in detail, with pictures, the issue. I understand things happen and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. While the return was approved, I had hoped for an explanation as to why and how something like this could happen, which unfortunately never happened.”
