“Christmas gift for my son who works outside in the harsh winters of Northwestern PA. He loves the vest for under a heavier jacket. Has only worn a few times so we cannot comment on durability or battery life but time will tell. I will say packaging and presentation upon arrival were top shelf! Kudos to your marketing/branding team!”
“After a few sessions, the power connector between the vest and the battery came loose and got lost inside the battery. I have not yet heard from customer support (even after 2 emails). It *is* the christmas season, so it's possible that they're just overwhelmed.”
