“I knew the item said, final sale. But I did not realize that meant that it was non-returnable. I always order a large for my husband, and it always seems to work out. I ordered a large for him and this vest, and it is too small. I went online to start the process of returning it, but was informed that was not a possibility. Very disappointed!!!”
