Similar issues as many other posters have already stated. Plan to order two sizes up from what their sizing guide suggest. I ordered XL and they actually fit great. What is not great, however, is the fact that the batteries are huge. You can't even zip them in the glove pouch when they are not plugged in; forget about trying to zip the pouch when they are plugged in - no chance. Making them even more awkward is that they placed the batter pouches on the inner part of the wrist (a la Spiderman) rather than on the outer part of the wrist, which likely would have been more comfortable. Ororo really needs to do away with these batteries and find something slimmer, similar to what I received with my heated socks.

I like the idea behind these heated gloves, but a few design issues hold them back. Pros: • The liners are warm even without the heater • Low and medium heat settings are plenty — I haven’t needed high • Good for cold days when you just need a boost of warmth Cons: • The battery doesn’t fit properly in the compartment, and I can’t zip it closed • The plug is bulky and should really be a flat connector • Battery placement on the underside of the wrist gets in the way when bending • Heat controls are on the liners, so you can’t adjust anything once the outer shell is on • The outer shell adds a lot of bulk Overall, the warmth is solid, but the design needs refinement. If you can live with the battery and control quirks, the liners themselves are comfortable and effective.

Purchased for husband. Great heaters! Size runs very small. Extra large liners fit like a medium men's glove. Batteries are an extremely tight fit into pocket in liners. Had to return to up size, no problems at all. Great to work with.

Wow. With these gloves, my hands do not hurt in the winter cold anymore. Customer Service is excellent. The gloves are perfectly warm :) I wish: 1) The batteries lasted longer. If I spent any more time in the cold, I'd get a second set. 2) My hands are not standard sized so the gloves don't fit perfectly. I have thicker fingers. I tried the L gloves and they were too tight. I now have XL. My fingers are too short to fit properly in gloves. Would buy them again? Definitely. Would I recommend them? In a heartbeat!

The gloves are nice. But the charging cord that was included does not even fit the batteries. I tried emailing and calling with no response back.

I got there as a Christmas present..though I picked them out...I liked the 3 in 1..but also being "twin cities" and being from Minneapolis there was a bias.. my first real use was this past weekend skiing at Breckenridge. I still have to break them in more..but they worked great kept my fingers warm,. They get a thumbs up?
