“I ordered my heated scarf on February 9, only to have it arrive without a battery or charging cable. When I wrote customer service on February 12, after asking me if I was sure I checked the box (I know when a box only contains a scarf), they said they would send a replacement battery and charger. I would have hoped that they would have replaced the battery with the newer extended life battery, as a show of good will for making me wait to use my scarf 10 days during the coldest days of the year, but they simply replaced the missing battery with the regular battery. Or they might have shipped the battery overnight, again, as a sign of good will. But they sent it on Feb. 13, and I received the battery on Feb. 18.”
