“I loooooove this vest. I have had one for a couple of years. Just recently had a problem with my battery. Emailed pics of it to Ororo CS. Got a response very quickly. They are taking back the defective battery and sending me a new one and a new charger. I am quite impressed.

She wears it all the time now. Only drawback is I got a size XL and it’s just barely too small for her. Other wise an amazing purchase and product.”
“I recently purchased this item. It seems well made and very warm. Arrived promptly. BUT, based upon the size chart I was an XL. I like my outer garments loose, so I ordered the XL - I usually wear a L. It was much to big and had to be exchanged. Exchange was a hassle. Also, based upon the website it seemed to be an American made product. It was made and shipped from China. Overall however, it seems to be a quality product.”
