“I got this vest for my mom, since her office always gets cold. She loves it! I wish they'd make an ac adapter with a magnetic connector, that'd be great for the office, but it's a fantastic thing nonetheless.”
“The titles is the TL;DR: I am hopeful about the product but not yet pleased with the company.
Pre sale: I had several questions concerning the product, about which included in two emails. Only one email was answered. (2-stars)
Price seems competitive with other heated apparel; neither less or greatly more expensive than similar garments. (3-stars)
Purchase: I never received an answer to one of my questions but I purchased anyway. The reply to that one question was polite and the question was answered. The other question? No answer. (2-stars)

- Battery life: I’m not able to extensively test this because I am hoping to return the vest for exchange, which brings me to ...
Support after the sale: So far I have sent two emails to ‘support’ in the last week without a reply from the company. (2-stars)”
