“I initially loved the look and warmth of this vest. When brand new, it's a beautiful vest that is flattering and sleek. The heat is wonderful in alll the right spots and it starts heating super fast. The battery life is just ok and it's a bit frustrating & inconvenient for how long it takes to fully charge. What's most disappointing is the life/durability of the material. For the cost, I expected it to maintain its sleek, clean look, but unfortunately after just 3 months of wear, and only ONE wash (carefully done, and abiding by the care instructions), it has begun shedding the inner insulation through the exterior fabric. And the area around zipper is looking frayed and worn. Overall, after only 3 months, its looking worn out and gives the apprearance of being years old. The warranty does not cover any of the claimed fabric durability, so there is nothing to do about it. Just disappointing given the price point.”
