“This vest is a great purchase. It fits perfect and has enough length that its not too short - i'm 5'9" and it hits just below my waist line. Its comfortable to wear and the heaters are in good spots. I would highly recomment this vest.”

“I can no longer recommend Ororo as a company. I recently purchased 2 heated vests for gifts. Neither vest came with a charging block. When I inquired of Ororo and asked them to send me charging blocks for these vests, I was told that the company is phasing them out. While Ororo may be phasing them out in practice, they have not phased them out of any of their legal or instructional documentation. Their instrutions still tell you that you are getting a charging block. Their warranty tells you that you must use their charging block or you void your warranty.
Instead, I was told to trust so random customer service represenative that I wouldn't void the warranty by using some other charger, instead of trusting every ouch of legal and instructional documentation Ororo sent me. I was also told that if I really wanted one, I could pay for it.
This is absolutely outrageous behavior and bad faith. I no longer trust this company and would not recommend them or their products to anyone. Steer clear folks. They don't stand by their work, their documentation or anything at all.”
