“Everything went well from delivery to assembly. The requirement that the owner assemble the center supports on the sides and back panels could have been avoided by preassembly at the factory. I realize that this may cause a slight increase in the carton size but I didn't need the extra time and effort to attach the center supports.”

“Customer service and delivery were very good; the product-two cedar sheds are marginally acceptable.the website indicates some assembly which is misleading...there's a lot of assembly, bordering on building a shed from scratch. Additionally the shingles on one have already buckled and the doors on both are warped. I would not recommend this product as is. Buy it in the summer, prepare to spend a couple of days assembling and put a couple of coats of sealer on the entire product, inside and out.”

“Excellent !!: - Communication with OLT re: shipping, site preparation, etc. -Videos and book of directions were very user-friendly -Boxes well packed ... no damage! -Pieces,parts,and, hardware all well marked thus eliminating most potential mistakes and ensuing frustration. -Somebody on your end spent a lot of time figuring out how to put your manual & video so that a non-carpenter like me could the shed together. This is most appreciated in that the three most feared words in the English language are: SOME ASSEMBLY NECESSARY! -While not a bad thing, the whole project took quite a bit longer to complete than was estimated in the directions. Bottom line: we are very pleased with the shed. I've recommended it to others.”
