“Upon arrival of my package, I found it extremely well packaged and secure. No damage what so ever. The fellows that delivered it were helpful, polite and very efficient. I also was surprised to find that the ordering process was quite simple, and enjoyed talking to the executive/owner of the Company. This was really important to me as you knew the product was on its way and confident of their reputability. I have already recommended this product to my friends. It is a good solid product, and is quite the showpiece. We have stained it and it is beautiful. Thank you”

“Excellent customer support. When one piece arrived damaged, the company readily sent a replacement. I also called a few times with questions during construction and received helpful advice. Printed instructions were clear and precise, and the pieces went together as specified. Two exceptions: the mid-floor joists were too long. I had to rasp them shorter. And the mid rafters were not on a plane with the corner rafters. I raised them slightly at the rails with small blocks. I chose to stain all the pieces before assembly, and I highly recommend doing this. The gazebo is now finished and looks great. It seems to be very sturdy.”

“First, I have to say the finished Gazebo is a show piece to be proud of. The delivery service was totally incompetent, I had to use my 1/2" rope (which broke) to tie the skids to my car.”
